United Welsh AGM and Annual event

In 2009 this will take place on Saturday 11th July with the venue to be confirmed.

This is a great opportunity for tenants to come along and meet United Welsh staff and contractors and to see the work that takes place whilst at the same time have some fun and win some prizes!

TPAS (Tenant Participation Advisory Service) Participation Awards

In May 2008 United Welsh were very proud to win 1st prize in the Award for Wales Communication in Housing - Landlord group for The Focus newsletter, which is a quarterly newsletter for Supported Housing tenants.

TPAS Cymru has supported social housing tenants and landlords in Wales for over 20 years and has a strong track record in developing effective participation through training, support, practical projects and policy development.

Nominations are now being sought for the 2009 awards.
