Anti-Social Behaviour and Discrimination
United Welsh is committed to upholding the principles of equality and diversity  and endeavours to ensure that no person is treated less favourably in the delivery of services because of their colour, race, ethnic or national origin, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, parental responsibility, marital status or religious belief. Incidents of
anti-social behaviour are treated seriously by United Welsh and are investigated in a professional manner.

We have a policy which states how we deal with anyone who acts in an anti-social way in or around our homes.
Summary of Policy in standard print

United Welsh operate a tiered system to tackle anti-social behaviour in a 'firm but fair' manner. The first tier of the process involves investigating all complaints through informal meetings in an attempt to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

However, where anti-social behaviour is serious and persistent, we are committed to taking action against those responsible using a variety of different methods.

If you experience a problem with anti-social behaviour or discrimination and want to know more about what you can do to help stop it, please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 294 0195 or e mail us tellmemore@uwha.co.uk

If you wish to report anti social behaviour or any form of discrimination that you have experienced then you can download one of the following diary sheets and e-mail it directly to us, or alternatively complete our secure on-line form.
