Court Room Success - 2010
We have successfully obtained a Demoted
Tenancy against a Living + tenant in the Blaenau Gwent area.
Legal action was taken following reported breaches of tenancy
and proven illegal activity at the property.
United Welsh are
committed to ensuring a safe environment for its residents. We
will take legal action if we have sufficient evidence to present
to the court. It is then the job of the court to decide the
outcome and if the individual is to loose their home.
