United Welsh is committed to upholding the principles of
equality and diversity and endeavours to ensure that no person
is treated less favourably in the delivery of services because
of their colour, race, ethnic or national origin, gender, gender
reassignment, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability,
parental responsibility, marital status or religious belief.
Incidents of
anti-social behaviour are treated seriously by
United Welsh and are investigated in a professional manner.
We have a policy which states
how we deal with anyone who acts in an anti-social way in or around our homes.
Summary
of Policy in standard print
United Welsh operate a tiered system to tackle anti-social
behaviour in a 'firm but fair' manner. The first
tier of the process involves investigating all complaints
through informal meetings in an attempt to resolve issues
quickly and effectively.
However, where anti-social behaviour is serious and
persistent, we are committed to taking action against those
responsible using a variety of different methods.
