Anti-social Behaviour Service
United Welsh is customer focused and
committed to delivering high quality services. The anti-social
behaviour service has highlighted some key commitments to those
accessing the anti-social behaviour service.
Our commitment to you:
We will respond to all reports of anti-social
behaviour within three working days, or 1 working day if we
consider it to be urgent e.g racial harassment and hate related
You will be provided with a named officer who
will be the main contact throughout the case.
We will further investigate cases through
informal meetings and will aim to resolve cases within 10
Where anti-social behaviour is persistent, we
will work with you to develop an action plan, within 30 days.
Together with you, we will work with a range of
other agencies to assist in our investigations, including the
Police and Environmental Health.
We will keep you informed throughout the process,
at regular intervals as agreed in the action plan by you.
Where we are considering legal action, your case
will be handled by the ASB team who will provide specialist
advice and support throughout the legal process.
We will monitor cases closely and close cases
where there have been no further complaints over a three month
