Your complaint will be logged on to our housing management
You will then receive an information pack and be given a unique
You will be provided with a named officer who will be the main
contact throughout the case
We respond to all reports of anti-social behaviour within 3
working days; 24 hours if we consider it to be urgent e.g.
racial harassment and
hate related crime.
