Anti-Social Behaviour and Discrimination



If you would like to report an incident of anti-social behaviour please contact a member of the Customer Services Team on 0800 294 0195 or complete the attached Report Form and email to tellmemore@uwha.co.uk

► Your complaint will be logged on to our housing management system

► You will then receive an information pack and be given a unique reference number

► You will be provided with a named officer who will be the main contact throughout the case

We respond to all reports of anti-social behaviour within 3 working days; 24 hours if we consider it to be urgent e.g. racial harassment and hate related crime.
