To report incidents of anti-social behaviour please contact our Customer Services Team on:

                       0800 294 0195

► You will then receive an information pack and be given a unique reference number

► You will be provided with a named officer who will be the main contact throughout the case

► We respond to all reports of anti-social behaviour within 3 working days; 24 hours if we consider it to be urgent e.g. racial harassment and hate related crime.

Where we are considering legal action, your case will be handled by the Anti Social Behaviour Team who will provide specialist advice and support throughout the legal process.
