There are a few simple conditions that must be met
before becoming a member of the
5 STAR LOYALTY SCHEME:
All members must:

Be a current tenant of United Welsh Housing
Association
-
Have maintained a clear rent account for 12 weeks

Owe no other debts to United Welsh Housing
Association, such as former tenant debts, rechargeable repairs, court debts, etc.

Have no current outstanding Notice of Seeking
Possession against them for any breach of their tenancy agreement.

The 5 STAR LOYALTY SCHEME
is not currently available to residents of supported housing.
