Design and Build
Pendragon
Design and Build were awarded the build contract - a Welsh
company based in Cwmbran tackling the Passivhaus for
the first time. They have delivered a wonderful building
that was received well at the National Eisteddfod.
We were able to use a wide
range of Welsh companies in the design and build element of
both properties.
