For many tenants the quickest and easiest way to move is to find somebody to exchange with. To use the exchange register you need to be a council tenant or a tenant of another housing association. You must remember, however, that your landlord must give consent for the exchange to take place. 

The Exchange Register procedure has now changed. Should you find a suitable exchange on the register, you must contact that applicant directly.

Once you have agreed to exchange with another applicant, please contact United Welsh and we will supply you with a Mutual Exchange Form.
