Time Banking Around 45 people attended the launch including Oak House residents, United Welsh staff, Voice for Tenants and Board members. There were also representatives from 12 other organisations including service providers, other time banking projects and two new partners providing access to opportunities through the scheme – Cardiff Council Leisure Services and the Gate Arts Centre. The launch was a chance to award the first of the time credits to residents, and showcase the work of Oak House Hostel - which is celebrating its 5th anniversary this month.
