2010 Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Over the next few weeks a survey will be landing on the doorstep of all our tenants*.
Feedback Services Limited, an independent market research company, will be conducting the survey on behalf of United Welsh.
The results of the survey will be fed back to help us focus on further improving the services that are most important to our tenants.
The results will be kept separate from personal details, so everyone that responds can be assured the information will remain confidential.
Our tenants views are really important as they have a vital role in shaping the services we provide.
Please take the time to complete and return the survey if it lands on your doorstep this month. Every completed survey will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a first prize of £150 of high street vouchers, and two additional prizes of £75 of high street vouchers.
