Meet the team

Supported housing team [more]

Supported housing covers housing projects that are managed for the benefit of people who need additional support. This can mean regular support in a specifically designed project, support visits for someone who can almost live completely independently  (known as floating support) or it can mean projects supplying 24 hour support to help its clients live in the wider community

General needs housing team [more]

United Welsh provides general housing and related services to tenants across 12 local authorities in South East Wales.  This team also provides day-to-day maintenance services to our 3600 homes.  The community services team works with our tenants within their local communities.

Corporate services team [more]

Every organisation requires great support. Our corporate services team is made up of Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology specialists.

Chief Executive team

This small team consists of Marketing and Communications, and the Corporate Affairs Advisory service.

Living + team [more]

The Living+ team are specialists in homes and services for people aged 55yrs and over. We are currently developing a range of new housing and support options for the over-55s as well as managing our existing developments.

Development and Technical services team [more]

This team aims to buy, develop and build new homes and has a programme to improve our existing property.  It has a key part to play in the regeneration of local communities and environmentally friendly construction
