Please read the advertisements, job descriptions and person specifications carefully for the advertised vacancies.

Please download the application form below and e-mail the completed form to jobs@uwha.co.uk. Alternatively you could use our secure on-line form to request that the form is sent to you in the post.

You may also call United Welsh to request application forms on 0800 294 0195. Please state clearly the vacancy for which you are applying.
