United Welsh has a number of housing development projects spread
across southeast Wales. We work closely with local authorities,
the Welsh Government, and a range of building
contractors to deliver housing that people will want to live in
now and in the future.
Our developments can range from one-bedroom apartments to four
bedroom houses. We fully understand the varying requirements of
people looking to buy or rent property in Wales and we are
working hard to try and meet these needs.
We also work on supported housing
projects. These can include accommodation for older people
through our
Living+ team,
homes for women fleeing domestic abuse, people recovering from
substance misuse problems or those with specific learning
disabilities.
Whoever the end
user may be, United Welsh is committed
to building quality homes that people can afford to buy or rent.
