We have a very proactive development programme working right across Southeast Wales. Each development is built to the highest standard adopting ‘Lifetime Homes Standards’ as prescribed by the Welsh Assembly Government. United Welsh is also committed to sustainable development with every new build containing a number of environmental factors such as solar panels, sun-pipes and air-source heat pumps.
