Unemployment is a major challenge for the
communities we serve. Supporting people into work is one of
our key priorities. For United Welsh it’s about walking the
talk. We spend significant amounts of money on maintaining
our 3,700 homes and building new properties.

all our contracts insist that our contractor’s train and
support local people back into work
